Draggin'

I am dragging today. My heart isn't behaving (doesn't like the tube in, I am told), I have a low grade fever, and just in general not feeling well. Hopefully this will be short lived. I have felt basically good since being in the hospital so I certainly don't need this! As always, prayers appreciated.

Jacque,
I'm bummed you are feeling "punk" today. I am sure your body is tired of that drain, rightfully so!!!
I will call before I come up to the hospital to see if you even feel like company.
Praying for you often! di

Sorry you're feeling punky. The day after any procedure tends to be the worst I think.

Good Morning!
Sorry you aren't having a good day. Hopefully, it will be better by this evening.

With the cold coming in, I hope that you have a nice fireplace in your room so that it can be fired up and add atmosphere to the place!! Let me know if you need more firewood.

I do have some extra IEP's sitting around and I would more than happy to "allow" you to do them. I believe that IC is EVERYWHERE so that shouldn't be a problem...

Prayers are rising on your account!

Hi Jacque. Hope you're getting some good rest and are on your way to feeling better. I wish there was something I could do to help you through this. But I will give you this...

Working on a PLP today with a student, who I will not name. Mrs. Dostal says let's think of a short term goal for this semester for something that you would like to work on improving as a student. The student's choice? Sewing or speaking French. Hmmm...Mrs. Dostal had this student put down to stay calm in class, control freak that I am. I mentioned that perhaps this student would benefit from those other goals if this student indeed had classes in sewing or French. :-) Can't wait until you're back and I can laugh with you about those moments. I hope it will be sooner rather than later. You are really missed!!!

Jacque, I'm sorry your feeling "punk" today..let's just get it out of the way and be done with it. When do you think you'll get out? Any cute doctors??? That can be your secret mission: Find Beth a Doctor...or nurse...or orderly...shoot at 45 I'll take the custodial crew.

Jacque,
I'm going to refrain from using such words as "punk" or "splatey" taken from my mother's vocabulary. I just hope you start feeling better soon!

Thinking of you...

Jacque,
I'm sorry to hear about your not good day :(.

I was planning to come and visit today after school, but since it wasn't your best day I will delay that until tomorrow or Friday. Of course it would be nice if you were home by then :).

I see someone volunteered to bring you IEPs to write--if you need them I will be more than glad to help you out there!

Hang in there! I'm certainly impressed by your positive attitude! Keep up the blog--it helps us to know how things are going.

See you soon! Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

For when you are feeling better...

Have you tried Yahoo! Games? No downloading. There's a word game called Literati that Jay was quite addicted to for a while and then I tried (but sucked).

There are other games too that require much less brain power where you just zap things or leap logs. Whatever's your pleasure! Thinking of you and hoping tomorrow will be brighter. Kathy updated me on her phone call and said you feel crappy. Sorry.

This too shall pass. But you know that.

Jacque, sorry that you are having a rough day. Hopefully tomorrow will be much better. I finally was able to get in and sign up for a goggle account. We are having a going away party for some neighbors tonight... Maybe I will try and write more later. Know you are in my prayers. Carol
