I am going to try to remember to add this to my blog each month. This is a reminder to do your self breast examination - someone picked the 15th of each month - and I think that is a great idea. If you are over due for your mammogram - please schedule it tomorrow. Thanks!

Just getting caught up on all the blogs I have missed. Thanks for all the great tips in the one blog. I will definitely try some of them out!
I hope you are feeling well today. Seems like a great day to just lounge around. It's rainy and gloomy here...... and my kids are all showing the signs!!
