Post Vacation

No new news. I am still feeling punk and getting very tired of it. I made a not so quick trip to the ER yesterday - an actual comedy of errors which I won't go into 'cause I just am not feeling up to it - but the good news is I was sent home (after about four hours at the hospital). Just wanted to make a quick post and say I will probably not post for a few days as I am just not up to it, so please don't worry. I just want to lay low and recoup. God is good.

Well - I hope you are up and at 'em soon.

You've made me a Jacque's Place junkie. What will I do without my daily fix!

But seriously, I hope you are better soon!

Just an old thought. Back in the 1970's when I had my first hip replacements at Bryan in Lincoln I'd constantly hear "Dr Gangahar, paging Dr Gangahar. Dr Gangahar". We all laughed that this person must be magnificent because of the number of times they were paged over the intercom. Hope your Dr Gangahar is magnificent!

My friend Mary is losing her hair from chemo. She looks so good in her wig. We are wondering what her hair will look like when it returns. We try to think about things other than nausea.

I wish I could send you copies of my Angels tape and my monks chanting tape. They are so healing. You feel like you are with God. Close your eyes.........hear the healing?!

Jacque,
You don't have to apologize for taking it easy for a few days and not doing a daily blog. You deserve time to just lay low and take care of Jacque! You've been so good about writing to us all so often and we all appreciate it, but just get back to it when you're feeling like "talking."
We all love you!

Dear jacque,
Please know that you are in my prayers. I am so sorry you have had a set back. I am praying that your new chemo makes this all go away and you feel yourself again.
You are very special and you are loved by so many. Let us lift you up and carry you through this time until you feel stronger.
Love,
g
